We was in Family dollar store today 6/9/23 at 10:30. The female employee/cashier is by far the rudest person I've ever been waited on. We, arrived at the register she was in an isle helping someone laughing ECT. I said when you get time could you please check us out, she yelled from the middle of the isle IM WITH HER. Okay I understood that which is why I said WHEN YOU GET TIME... She finally arrives and sees we had our things at one reg she told us to move them down to the next one a good cashier would have helped. Then we had a bag of cat food 13.50 one $1 bag and a dollar pen. She is leaning on the counter saying 33.87 I said there is no way that is that much she stood there looking at us with her lips pursed shurging her shoulders. I told her again please look at what you rang up there no way. Finally after 5 mins she glances down and said Probably cuZ I rang it twice no smile, no I'm sorry in fact not one word. Now we are in there several times a week. sometimes twice a day. It was so very hurtful when we are putting money in the store. If she doesn't like working with people then retail is not her thing.. I would really appreciate it if someone could talk to her, she was the only female we seen can't give you a name she had no badge on along with no personality. Honestly if I go there again and she's working I will go somewhere else. Here's what it looked like she was TRYING to do, but I wasn't going along. I think the reason she was checking the the receipt, it appeared she was hoping it would go unoticed and after we left she could pocket the difference I have worked in retail as a supervisor and a couple of employees tried this and they was fired, because this is stealing from retail in fact stealing from herself. Someone should either retrain her, stay close to her when she's checking out someone or termination.

Desired outcome: Retrain, have someone explain the proper way to treat customers, put her on probation, a I'm sorry and lastly my little 14$ refunded back to me
