I placed an order for Thanksgiving day for my team members I inadvertently put East instead of West on the street address. I called the location from which I ordered to update the delivery address, they hung up on me two times and then finally told me that I needed to call DoorDash to cancel the order and reorder it on their website as they told me they had no way to simply change the address on the order.
I proceeded to call DoorDash where they told me they could cancel but they could not credit my money back that I would need to call the store where I ordered. I called back again and again in the middle of explaining I was hung up on, I called back and finally reached someone that took down my information and advised me that my 140.98 would not be credited back to my credit care for 5-7 business days since it had to go to corporate.
Now mind you that this is an order that has not even taken place yet and now I need to reorder for my team that is working hard on Thanksgiving day.

Sunday August 25, 2019 at 11:15 am Indianapolis, IN the restaurant was on 25 S High School Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46241 I noticed my meal was served on a dirty plate, the waitress (Shelly), she and another waitress saw it was dirty too, Shelly apologized she took the plate and returned right back with food, I noticed it was the same food on a different plate, I was served now contaminated food on a different plate.
I asked her to please take the plate back because this is very disappointing that I was being served the same food from a dirty plate on a now clean plate. She sarcastically said to me well I would stay home and cook if I was this picky, Shelly told me she was agreeing with me yet her comments were statements of sarcasm of what I should do since I was so picky about the food.
She than placed her hand on her hip and asked me well what do you want me to do? I told her to please take the food I no longer had trust. Shelly said "I knew you was on one from the time you walked in." She proceeded to walk off to the kitchen, another customer and myself was discussing the situation because she witnessed what was going on too, the employee returned back to my table and told me "don't ruin these good nice folk breakfast with your problems. My friend that I was with asked for a manager at this point. While my friend was speaking to the manager, Shelly was still able to proceed working, she walked pass my table again making eye contact with me and said you people will do anything for free food.
I was so hurt and discussed that she even spoke those words to me, I went and told the manager Pam who still had not acknowledge the severity of what her employee was saying and doing. After I told the manager what she said I began to cry so I walked away and I looked back on my way out the door and heard Shelly say throw them out of here Pam. I am so hurt and disgusted of the way I was treated by your employee Shelly, and even more hurt Pam the manager still allowed her to even continue to work.
