Super 8 - Super 8 by Wyndham Indianapolis South

Booked this hotel at the last minute due to work. Used my Wyndham points to reserve a King room. Crack Dealers all over the property, desk clerk was completely rude, went and looked at the room, there were to queen beds, no dead bolt lock, dirty used sheets and bathroom was trashed. When I said I can't stay in that room? They charged me for the night and canceled my booking. We will leave the light on? Super 8 is a Hell Hole now.

Claimed loss: 7500 pts and $125.00 security fee

Desired outcome: Return all my points and the 125.00 security fee
