My wife just went to taco bell and order 3 taco supreme, 2 regular tacos, 1 bean burrito and chips and cheese. When wife got handed bag and started looking to make sure all items were in the bag. The girl open window and told my wife it's all there with a snide remark. When wife gets home it wasn't all there. No bean burrito and no chips and cheese so she goes back up there to get order. In meantime I open my taco supreme there is 2 pieces of tomato no cheese and and very little sour cream. On all three. I called her to have them remake. She returned with bean burrito and chips and cheese. They told her that they had to have food back. So now I go up there. They would not refund my money said they could remake food. As I was waiting there were talking about me and my wife and I could hear them saying I hope that we never come back this isn't the first time I had had problems with this store. I live.03 miles from this store. I have lived in this neighborhood all my life. Then when I get home there is only two tacos in the bag. We spent almost 20.00 dollars on food that now I am scared to eat. The excuse the manager gave me was they are all new employees. I am sorry to say that this is no excuse and I will never visit that store again.
