Went to the Burger King on National Road West in Richmond Indiana. Was pulled forward for 6 sandwiches and fries which would be okay if we didn't wait almost 30 minutes to be told they was waiting on fries. All of our fries was almost cold not fresh at all! My chicken sandwich was not only cold but tasted like it had sat there all day! Very poor service! Watched the employees just standing around talking instead of getting us our food.
Desired outcome: I want a response on what you plan on doing about this! I paid money for cold/old food!
