An African American Female needed assistance in helping me with balloons> At the same time 6 people appeared at the register. she asked the Causacian Male Manager for help. He asked her why? she told him she was in balloons. He came out of the office and walked over to ear and said "you need to learn how to do both jobs or tell someone they will have to wait so i can do my manager job". He told her to go to the register while he took over balloons. He filled my balloons and then told the other two customers who came up " I don't know if i can take your order because i am low on helium. i started out with 7 tanks on Monday and this is all I have." he later went on to say " i don't know why corporate does not give us enough helim let alone help. I keep telling them we need a full time balloon person but they don't listen or don't seem to care"

I have been training with virtual for several month, almost 1 year, and recently I started a real portfolio. Until now I have no issues and is working fine how it suppose to be. Happy with this amazing service that Belfrics provides. Keep up the good work
All dollar tree managers treat all cashiers like that. Stop using the black card.
