I just purchased a 2004 chrysler sebring with 89995 miles on it for 11, 939.00. I put 800.00 down with a deferred paymt of 900.00 total 1700 down. I had to do 4 paymts of 225.00 bi-weekly for my deferred down paymt and paid 3 on time no problems, the job that I work at required that we do overtime hours 8am-8pm 04/18/11-04/23/11 and my last paymt of 225.00 was due on the 22nd of april and they close at 8pm, I stated to them them that I could not make the paymt until monday 04/25/11 until my regular schedule hours 8am-5pm that way I can make it to pay them before 8pm. I was asked if they could take it out of my bank acct, which I was having issues with. I explain to them that my bank acct was blocked for unauthorized transactions going on in my acct and I would have to walk in to make the paymt. They stated that they could not do that and for me to bring them the car! I feel like that they are targeting people with bad credit, and are easy to repossess the cars to make customers credit worst. They are not willing to work with you and very rude to people. I myself a collector know how they are doing things, so I am suing for my deposit, deferred paymt, and for harassment.
