Dollar Tree

I have lived in my neighborhood for over 17 years. I was excited when Dollar Tree set up shop right down the street, but I am not anymore and many of us have been quite dissatisfied for a while. Last night, 02/09/23, at 8:48pm CST, I was harassed by an ex-employee (white homosexual man, driving white Toyota Corolla) in your store's parking lot who was blasting violent rap music and calling me a "[censored]ing [censored]." Let me start off by saying this store is a mess and most of the employees there are completely inappropriate, unkept in appearance, talk to other coworkers negatively about management in front of customers, etc.. The ex-employee took it upon himself to protect an off duty employee who was hanging out in the store (white woman/brown hair) with another off duty employee (black man) who felt like I parked too close to the off duty female employee's "new" van and had him take pictures of my license plate, etc.. when I did nothing to her car, etc. The ex-employee in the parking lot was out of control (seemed drug fueled) and I should have called the police. You need to do something about this store before our neighborhood does it is completely inappropriate and I should not fear going to my neighborhood store.
