Your store #12234 in Topeka, Ks was not able to accept my Popeyes gift card on 12/30/22. your employees told me they couldn't accept my Popeyes gift card, because their machine was broken and had been out of service for over three months. I asked for the manager, he couldn't, then I asked for the owner's name he couldn't give me a name, just that he lived somewhere in Texas. I asked how was I to get to use this card. I ask what are the / you going to do about this and he said they have put an order in about three months ago. It seems like you are willing to take my money but you can't deliver the goods. I need some answers. Thank You
Desired outcome: I want to be able use my Popeyes gift card at this particular store and something for my trouble.
