Pella - Patio french

Yes, it would reduce the cost $400 on each set of doors ($400 for 2nd floor and $400 for the 1st floor).

6 sets of doors & 2 rotted out completely & fell out setting off alarms
that were next to sealed doors they installed ten years is all $75, 000 worth of doors in my home
After further discussion with our service department, the best we could do for the 2nd floor panels is $4, 725.00. Also, the 1st floor panels we could do for $3, 900.00.

Let me know if you have any questions or how you would like to proceed.

Thanks,

Brad

Each of the 2nd floor panels is $2, 590.00, meaning the two panels would be $5, 180.00.

Each of the 1st floor panels is $2, 200.00, meaning the two panels would be $4, 400.00.

I can order panels that fit. I'm sorry, I didn't necessarily mean "fit".
We believe the only true way to get an airtight and water tight door is through providing the best construction process.
When we construct our doors, we build the panels and then the frame around those particular panels to ensure that panel was meant for that frame. This is how you get the most airtight and water tight seal. As opposed to mass producing say 100 panels and 100 frames and slapping a random panel and frame together. In theory, all 100 frames should fit the 100 panels, but the only way we can guarantee the perfect fit is by constructing them the way we do.
Our new extruded exterior cladding on our new doors ensure a durable, water tight seal so you do not get the issues you currently have.

Bob—

I discussed the pictures and the dates on each of the doors in your house with our service department and the panels are outside of the warranty period. I know the best solution is going to be replacing the full frame to ensure the new door panels fit correctly to the frame. Let me know how you would like to approach this or if you need me to speak with the insurance company.

Thanks,

Brad

Morning Sir,
Were you able to find out any warranty info or where I could get just the doors to insert into the current frames?
thanks,

thanks,
Did you hear anything about a warranty?

Attached is a quote for the 1st floor door only, but the 2nd floor door is in far worse shape and I would highly recommend replacing it since it is the side of the house that gets the most exposure to the weather.

Thanks,

Brad
