I hate not yet heard back from you regarding my hair. Again something needs to be done. It is almost the holidays and my hair is ruined so your undereducated hair stylists. My hair is now orange and was platinum blond when I walked in that door... and then got charged nearly 100 dollars for a mess up they did. I want to be refunded along with product to fix the damage the have done to my hair. And that isn't even close to what it has cost me. I am humiliated and have been wearing a hat. Again if I do not get a response or something done I will take further legal action...first photo Is now second Is what my hair did look like and took a long time to get to... I want this taken care of!
I went in to get my roots touched up. My hard was platinum blond with smugged roots all I ask was to do a lillie highlights through my roots. They completely ruined my hair. She turned my orange at the top so then decided to put the color all over my hair, and take away my platinum blond hair, that I took almost two years to get. And after all that they made it out like it was my fault and charged me almost 100 dollars. I want this made right and refunded along with some sort of product to correct the damage they have caused too my hair. This is absolutely insane, and I can't not believe the way the left my hair. Not to mention they didn't ever rinse all the color out of my hair, and my hair was all gummed together when I got home. If this is not made right I will take further legal action...first photo attached was my hair before they absolutely destroyed it... you need to respond to me via email justinahjolly@gmail.com
