October 31st at 7:01pm a shelf fell on the back of my foot and i reported it to the manager and cashier on duty. It scraped the back of my foot and the employees took down my information. I never received a call or anything regarding this matter. I've called dollar general customer hotline at least 20 times since the accident and still no response. It would be greatly appreciated if someone would seek into my complaint and help me resolve it. My name is Donna Wilson. Age 51. Date of Birth April 04, 1968.
