Very unprofessional and very rude. Placed my order and she intentionally rung up the wrong order and had an attitude when I asked about the price difference and why was my order charged a different price. She went on to say to me in the drive thru well if you wouldn’t speak over him and let him order then I could have rung up the right thing. First of all when I order I was the only one speaking until my husband ordered his platter. So when she repeated back the sides I said I did not want no loaded baked potato and she said that’s what I said. Well no you clearly did not hear me when I said I wanted a 2 piece. Then she says to my husband well just give me the receipt so I can be done with this. I then proceeded to ask for a manager and corporate number to which the manager did not want to provide me nor did not want to provide the workers name. However she did and the workers name that was given was Jalisa and the manager also provided me with the number of [protected] as the corporate number.
Desired outcome: Termination
Captain D's - Not wearing masks
While ordering our food in Bossier City LA we noticed two employees with their masks just wrapped around their necks and two not wearing them over their noses just covering their mouth We don't like wearing them ourselves, but the sign on their door requires us to wear them do you allow your employees to wear them as they please? Maybe you should educate your employees on the proper wear of the mask! I may not go back to this location instead go to Shreveport LA
Desired outcome: Take sign down on the door or require them to wear thrm properly
