I worked for this company about two years and the more I worked there the worst it became. Am at were promoted over professionals. Their mission is to supply disabled/handicap people with jobs, and help the community. The district I worked in frowned upon people who fell in this category. If you were a hard worker and wanted to advance, forget it. That was reserved for people in the clique. Complaining to upper mana was a waste of time. One would lie and the others would swear to it. They allowed managers who had high volume stores but couldn't turn a profit to constantly manage them, while managers at low volume stores were constantly being reprimanded. Racism was also a huge part of the problem. Those low volume stores were managed primarily by blacks. Latinos were never promoted in the company and were given bottom of the barrel positions. Do not waste your time or donations with this company. Especially the southern region.
