Family Dollar - I was assaulted by one of your managers.

This happened at your store at 2626 4TH Street, Harvey, LA. 70058 on 8/18/2023. i went into the store to purchase some wrapping paper & some V8 juices for the guys I work with because of the heat. I put (6) - 64 fl. oz. of V8 Splash Tropical blend in my basket & went to check out. There was a young man that served me. I put 1 bottle of the juice on the counter & told the gentleman that I had a total of 6 drinks altogether. he rang me up, I gave him $20 for my purchase & he gave me my change with a receipt. I then set another bottle on the counter & asked if he could bag these for me because I realized the basket had a long pole on it so you couldn't take it out of the store. The young man said in a very rude way that if I would of put all of them on the counter that he would of bagged them. I told him that he didn't have to act like that, I just needed him to bag them. he told me that he didn't want to serve me & his so called manager came over & got in my face telling me i can leave the store. I advised him that I wasn't leaving without my money or my drinks. I asked for his name so I could report him & he told me to use my name. At that time I took my phone out to get a picture of him to send to you & he slapped my phone out of my hand. I called the police & so did he. when they came, I explained my situation & your manager, Mr. Terence Boyd, tried to tell the police that I slapped his phone out of his hand which is a lie. Mr. Terence stuck his phone right up against my nose acting like a child. Ther was a police report made with the Jefferson Parish Sheriffs Dept. in Harvey, LA. where this occurred. at the end, Mr. Terence said that I knocked his phone out of his hands so if I pressed charges, he would press charges & we would both be arrested. I told the officers that I had to get back to work & would drop the charges. I ended up getting a gift card because the receipt that the young man gave me was not my receipt, which I have, so they wouldn't give me my cash back. If you need to contact me, my name is Tommy Lacheny [protected]@gmail.com. Thank you

Desired outcome: I want this unprofessional manager fired. He got in my face. I did everything I could to restrain myself.
