Hi my name Gloria, me and my family was going to eat at Texas Roadhouse at least twice a month. When y'all opened back up after COVID to take out only we ordered take out and it was a mess we over looked that order. Well this pass Sunday me and my 15 year old grandson was looking forward to eat at Texas Roadhouse. When we got there it was like 1hr wait time. Me and my grandson said ok let's give it another try on take out. So I proceeded to place our order online and the time to pick up 7pm so we went to Petco to kill a little time. I told me grandson at 6:45 I have a feeling our food is ready. So he went up to pick-up window and I was right it was ready. This is food we ordered order of mild wings and BBQ chicken sandwich and smothered chicken no onions extra mushrooms my sides mash and gravy and green beans. And we love the rolls and butter. We live 4 minutes from the restaurant and needless to say our whole order was very cold. The mild wings we couldn't eat them they were so spicy and BBQ chicken sandwich was drowned in BBQ sauce also my mash and gravy was not in bag. My bill was 46.00 dollars and it hard times to waste money like that. I'm very disappointed and don't know if I'm going back. Throwed the whole order in trash and we had ham sandwich.
