I been going to Burger King on Dorchester Ave, for over 50 years. Born and
raised in the Dorchester area. for the past two years could be longer I always go through the drive through to purchase my meals for my family and me.

I just want to make this short and simple lately you sit in the drive through for a long time either the food is nice and hot or just premade for the rush Hours! Ex: Lunch, Dinners whatever the case may be with this franchise...

Well on this Day December 26, 2021, I sat in the drive through for at least 25 Minutes, I finally get to the window the young man is talking to young woman that is expediting the food. I am staring at them he looks back at me I asked instead of a sprite can I get a root bear instead again he goes to the woman and continues conversation than I get my soda now he looks @ register to i guess see what my order was he walks back up to expediter and Thats when he told her my order, she literally my order was sitting there from the first time he approached her. than he looks at register again and says your missing Hershy pie, ok again he is talking carrying a conversation that was more important than customer service. I literally live 5 seconds away in a vehicle I get home gave my grandson his meal started crying cause his food was Ice Cold. This is sad that you can't even get good service anymore. no napkins, messy soda cup cause its allover the sides, no sauce for mozzarellas sticks, not even a clear printed receipt of what your order is Lord forbid the child got food poison. The service is just as disgusting as the food they are serving. I remember when you use to have impeccable service.
I'm sorry to inform you, you lost another valuable family as costumers.
