J.D. Byrider - the service center

Hi I purchased a car from you guys it's beginning to give me problems that's understandable but I have to say that the people at the service department are the worst this is not the first time I've complained about their poor customers and communication skills not only bad they don't pick up their calls you have to call back to back 13 or 14 times before they pick up the phone but also they never called you to inform you or tell you what's going on with your vehicle you have to be on top of them which I think is very bad customer service and then when they realize you're complaining they try to act super nice I'm not saying they are mean because they are very nice when you go see them and explain to them your situation they just are really bad at communicating once they have your car they take forever and then they give you all these excuses of how they can't do this or that, that it's gonna take longer when I see with my eyes what goes on in there cause I've been there many times it doesn't take that long if I took my car in the day before at 9:40 AM yesterday it's the day after and still they didn't call me I have to be the one calling now they're telling me my car won't be ready till noon and that's maybe, why so long for the little bit of work there doing and they have a lot of mechanics in there I do know they have a Lotof the cars they fix but they only do certain amount a day so I know about that too so I really do think they need to improve in the communication customer Service I don't mind if I have to leave my car there and I don't like to rush but when I see that things are not looking right as a customer I have all the rights in the world to complain something needs to get done and I hope I never have to purchase the car from there again just because I don't want to deal with these people.
