5:15 pm January 21, 2025, brought my family here for dinner. This is the 2nd time I have been to this establishment in the past 6 months. The service was not good, from time sitting down to end of meal. Orders were not given as ordered, the food was not prepared well. I ordered the linguine with alfredo sauce with steak tips and shrimp, the linguine was dry, the steak tips not cooked to order and the shrimp did not taste fresh, I feel that this establishment needs some work not just not on service but food preparation. I am a long time customer and feel that the last couple of times were very unwelcoming. I am not one to complain at the table about my food. My server was Moises (#166), table 55. There was also a rib sandwich that was ordered, hardly any meat in the sandwich mostly all bread, again I am not one to make a scene at the restaurant there was an different individual who brought food to table just slid plates across the table and left. There use to be management that I recall walking around to see if the customers were pleased with meal, but no one came by.

Outback Steakhouse - Very bad experience
On December 9th at 3pm, my boyfriend and I went to the Outback restaurant on route 114, Danvers MA. I ordered prime rib with sweet potatoes and mashed potatoes, I was informed that there were no mashed potatoes, waiter informed us it would take an hour if we wanted to wait. I was disappointed, but I ordered, baked. My boyfriend ordered the chicken, which was with mixed vegetables, a
Nd rice instead of the mashed potatoes, carrots were hard as a rock, and the piece of chicken was rather small. I received my medium rib eye, it was raw, sent it back, when it came back I noticed it was drenched in pepper, and very fatty, she then brought me a new one that had more fat and grizzled than the last. Loaded with pepper, I just ate 2 bites and sum of my sides, packed it up to go. Very disappointing. I have pics of the steak.
Desired outcome: At least our money back.
