A few months ago I spent $800 at mw for 2 suits, shoes, shirts and ties for my sons summer internship. One of the pair of suitpants completely ripped open in the seat the third time he wore them.
I brought them back to the store today to ask that they be fixed or replaced as they're new. The young man who I spoke with was very inappropriate. He looked at the pants and immediately said that this rip was caused by "user error". Those are the words he used. That my son sat down wrong and caused this to happen. That it's his fault and these are not sweatpants. He said "haven't you noticed that men in suits don't move around much?"
What?
He didn't even look up our account to see when they were purchased or anything. I'm furious! Shouldn't their clothing be of high enough quality that it would last for more than a few months?
We have given mw so much business over the years for my husbands business clothes and this is the thanks we get? No support whatever. They just lost some really - until now - loyal customers.
