At the Somerville location MCGrath highway location, the employees closed its door 30 minutes or more before closing time. I understand it gets busy, and employees want to her home, but it was still legally open. They close at 12am and we got there at 11:30pm. It’s the only grocery store near me that closes late and therefore was my only option to get the things I need. There was a lot of people waiting by the door hoping to get what they need and couldn’t because they were denying entrance.

I shop at star market at 14 mcgrath highway in somerville, massachusetts where my mom worked for 20 years, my son, a local fire fighter and myself, a general manager for a Boston Restaurant since 2004. NEVER would I allow any employee of mine to treat and speak to how horribly CHRIS in your Ala Carte department has. I feel that after 4 episodes of being slandered, humiliated, yelled at and left waiting, he would meet a serious repermand. Clearly it is taken lightly and as he stated you all have told him everything I said which is perfect but he is unstable to handle his own issues so you all have unleashed a man that tonight shouted at me, refused to serve me and stopped another team member from serving me and all this because you all wont repermand this employee. I have taken my own steps to expose this chris person and his very aggressive ways he uses to attempt to hurt me. if he ever got violet, then what star market? I am now protecting myself and contacting proper person to ensure that other women don't endure my grief and pain inflicted on your worker. Thanks for allowing him to get away with calling me a bit= 3 months ago as it now has progressed into his mental problems due to no repermand and he treats me worse than ever. Your calls are not needed as I now have made a few of my own. The store manager that told me it would be better, well you lied to me. as tonight was a mess by him.
