I called Mr. Rooter plumbing several days ago to make an appointment. They told me they would come Friday between 10 AM and 12 PM. When I called them Friday at 10 AM, they said they had no record of an appointment with me. They said they would come on Friday but it would be later so we rescheduled for 1:30 PM. I contacted them again at 1 o'clock to find out if they were on their way. They said there had been a problem at another location and that my appointment would be pushed back. When I asked them if they had a time estimate for me, The man on the phone said "you're not special. We can't rearrange everything for you." When I told him that he should not speak to customers in this manner, he told me to find another plumber. If you want to be abused, if you want your appointments to be forgotten, then call me Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

You are right the man should not have said "you are not special" he should have asked to speak to mommy or daddy instead. What makes you think that they should stop helping the previous people just because they were running late. They had a job to finish, if they left your house with half a finished job then again you would be throwing a temper tantrum acting like a two year old as you did when you were told you had to wait. If they gave an estimated time and were late you would throw a fit about that as well so they did ot tell you because they had no idea of what time they would arrive. Two year old kids expect things to be rearranged just for them, adults are more understanding. They have every right to refuse service to those that behave like children.
