I noticed last night that when you order any sandwich form the mobile app at Burger King without a topping that usually comes on the sandwich for free you are charged a $.55 extra fee for the sandwich tone made without said free topping/s. I could understand if the sandwiches were pre made like at McDonald’s but the sandwiches are made for you when you order them so how can they charge you $.55 to not put something on your sandwich that comes on it for free ?
Desired outcome: I would like someone to have this ridiculous practice stopped if I don’t want the lettuce that comes on a burger on it for free why should I be charged extra for them to leave it off.
