1/11/2020 ~4:35pI went to restaurant and ordered my food, the double cheeseburgers were cold, no char broiler marks on burgers at all, the cheese did not even melt, cheese corners were still at perfect 90 degree, and pointed.
~8p 1/11/2020 I went back to store and showed manager one burger I had left, she apologized and offered to have 2 more double cheeseburgers made fresh to make up for prior undercooked double cheeseburgers. After the person preparing the double cheeseburgers, got done making the new burgers, the manager asked if the cheese was melted, she took freshly prepared burgers and microwaved them both in the microwave at the same time, they were bagged and given to me, I opened them to inspect them, the double cheeseburgers barely felt warm in my hand before unwrapping them. The manager came over and asked if they were ok, I handed here the the wrapped burger, having her feel them, they were not hot in the hand.
I showed her that the charbroiled marks were barely on burgers, and that the burgers were not hot, she offered to microwave the double cheeseburgers some more. I said no.
A freshly made burger should be cooked to 165 degrees Fahrenheit, and melt cheese thoroughly, at 165 degrees Fahrenheit it does not need to be microwaved, buns were wet from excess grease, and wrappers soaked through with grease,
This is a food safety hazard, making company liable for people getting sick from improperly cooked food. As this issue was not resolved with the making of new sandwiches. I had no other choice but to file a complaint.
You can see in photos the grease soaked wrapper( (you can see right through the wrapper)buns, and (photo makes charbroiled lines darker then what can be seen with naked eye), no dark char broiler lines.
