The manager made us wait 7-10 minutes just to make a return. There was no one else in the store except us. She was rude didn't even greet us or apologize for the wait and she had a resting [censored] face. This is not the first time I have dealt with this same lady, each time I have had to deal with her she has been unpleasant, makes me not want to shop there. I thought an esteemed company such as Tommy Hilfiger would have better employees, especially for a manager's position.
