After completing breakfast order at the drive-thru, I needed to drive around and park to use the restroom. When I got to the restroom, I found the doors were locked. When I walked around to the register to ask for the unlock code, the cashier had to consult with her manager, and then I was told the bathroom was out of order.
Pissed, I said both of them are stopped up? I told them every time I come here, the restroom is always out of order.
I asked, what seem to the problem? The mgr said homeless people are clogging the toilets. (I suspected the manager was lying and I was right.) After demanding to see the restrooms to make a report, she unlocked the men's room, and a flush test was done to the toilet and urinal and both were operating at full power.
The manager then swiftly stormed out of the room, loudly speaking something I could not understand, with a hostile attitude.
Desired outcome: Remove lock coded door-locks and consistently monitor and clean restrooms.
