I'm sending this email to express my sincere disappointment with one of your locations I recently visited. I take my goddaughter shopping every year for all of her clothing for school and all holidays. She has grown a custom of choosing your store as you always have shoes she loves and available in her size.
As tradition, we visited in August and grabbed a pair of Nike Air force sneakers at the White Marsh Mall location. Unbeknownst to us, she put on the shoes yesterday for her first day of school and discovered that your Staff had NOT checked the shoes and she was given 2 different sizes (4 and 5).
She and myself were extremely saddened and now I had to order a new pair and wait a week to be able to visit her (doesn't live close by) and pick up the wrong pair and return to the store requesting a refund.
I understand mistakes happen but I also know that it is the procedure and policy of any shoe store to check the shoes and ensure that you have the correct size and a left and right foot.
I would appreciate a return email regarding the situation and how we can satisfy this mistake...
Not only did I have to put more money out in advance but the inconvience of traveling to correct a situation that was avoidable.
