On Sunday, Jan 17, 2021 I needed a cable for my computer. I decided to do a quick pickup at your store. I ordered the product and received the email stating that it was ready for pickup.
I went into the store and spotted a few employees that were talking and stood there waiting. One employee tried to get the other to stop talking and assist me which he finally did. I advised them I had made an order and needed to pick it up. They went to the pickup area but could not find it.
This employee decided to go to his communication device to see about the product. They located the printout for the order but the order wasn't picked. They had to run and grab the item which I should have just left at the time.
It seems that this store is not managed properly. I received the email saying that it was picked up, and just recently (Tuesday, January 19, 2021) I received another email stating that my pickup order was still ready for pickup. I guess no one checked it off in the system?
I am sure your inventory system is off because no one checks to see if product is checked in or out. As it is, the product that I ordered didn't work properly and I had to order another cable that did.
Desired outcome: Refund of item due to my inconvenience
