Burger King - Rude treatment from Maria/ Store Manager and co workers

I went to this location on 11/13. The first issue was in the drive thru when the cashier did not want to accept my promo code from the BK App which stated that the code was redeemable in store. I insisted that I always use these codes and he finally processed my order.

When I placed my order, I requested an add on as well as extra condiments. I received my order and proceeded to the parking lot. I discovered that my requested had not been honored. I went into the store to ask for a manager and Maria came to the counter. Maria took my sandwich and shuffled through it as if it were a deck of cards before saying that the sandwich was fine. When Maria touched my sandwich, I immediately thought that she was going to prepare another. Maria put this sandwich back in the bag along with mustard and ketchup packs and gave it back to me. I asked Maria if she's lost her mind and told her that is not appropriate behavior. Maria then took the same sandwich to the back re-wrapped it and handed it to me again. That sandwich should have been thrown away in my presence so that there was no room to wonder. I asked if it was fresh and she said yes. After investigating I went back in to confront her because the sandwich was not made fresh. Maria ignored me completely and no other workers would assist. This is not the first time I have been ignored by the workers at this location. In addition I am not the only person who has been mistreated at this location. Maria's name is mentioned negatively in the companies reviews and I can only wonder how many of these people look like me. BK needs to take this ore seriously as it is a repetitive behavior from the individuals employed here. This behavior is unacceptable and action needs to be taken against the staff especially since it has happened before. The other workers need to be advised that they should treat everyone with dignity and respect.

Claimed loss: $8

Desired outcome: Maria needs to be terminated. The other employees need to be trained better and it should be mandatory that they have conflict resolution skills.

Burger King - not being served; order was not taken

I went into Burger King one day last week to but some food. I was hungry because I had just left the Giant Market from doing my shopping. I wanted to buy a snack right then before driving home. The young lady approached me when she saw me standing at the counter. I asked about a particular item on the menu, and she said that it was served there. At that moment, another woman came from the window or from the back and took this woman's attention away from taking my order. She just started talking, "no excuse me" and this went on for five or more minutes before I had enough and just walked away. Just how rude and unprofessional can one be? How can they stay employed by not waiting on customers who are standing in front of them trying to give them business? How many other customers have they been able to flat out ignore what they have been hired to do? This is so sad!
