Good morning, I am filing a complaint about the manager at the Towson Town Center, Baltimore, Maryland location. I spoke to someone on yesterday 5/19/2021 prior to coming into the store, the lady told me that they closed at 7pm. I got to the store at 6:49 and was standing outside the store and noticed the doors were locked. I looked inside the store and seen the workers standing in the back doing absolutely nothing. I called the store, and the lady answered and she told me they were closed they had 2 people in the store, I said ma'am I'm outside the store and I see nobody but the workers. So she put the manager on the phone and I explained to the manager that this was a big inconvenience to me because when I called the lady told me that they didn't close until 7 and I'm here before 7pm. And she said "oh well we closed" I told her that they aren't suppose to closed until 7 and she said "they can close the doors when they want" basically. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience. She was very rude and unprofessional. And I told them all I was doing an exchange and they wouldn't let me in. I will never shop at this location ever again. And it's very surprising that she was a manager. Poor customer service.
