Complaint Description:
Refusal to cancel service contract. i bought a 2019 camry from koons on april 27, 2019. they also sold me a service contract for nearly $2, 000. after examining the agreement at home, i decided to cancel it. i returned on april 30, 2019, and canceled the agreement. the rep told me it would take 5-6 weeks for it to clear. on july 8, 2019, it still has not cleared. contacting toyota financial services did no good. truth be told, i bought it to get out of the dealership. what should have been a half-hour to one-hour event turned into a three-hour nightmare. they also sold me a damaged car. i had to go back two times for them to paint a scratch on the door. also, they hit my credit file THREE times in order to grant my loan. i contacted koons last week and again today demanding they make the adjustment and to no avail. the people that work at koons have absolutely no regard for you or your time. i will never ever deal with another toyota dealership. i am done with toyota. aggressive business practices is one thing, criminal behavior is another.
Your Desired Resolution:
a refund of the charges made including any tax paid for it. then i want no contact ever from koons.
