Burger King

My son went into BK yesterday and ordered two cheesy tots and a large drink. After realizing he had only gotten one order of cheesy tots in his bag my 11 year old son went back to the counter to ask for his second order that he had already paid for. Only to be yelled at by Vicki Ingram, she told my son he never ordered two only one without even checking. My son tried to explain to her that he did order two but she kept insisting he didn't raising her voice at him. Vicki then proceeds to tell a coworker who had come over once she heard Vicki yelling that my son is lying and there was only one on the order. This other girl (not sure what her name is) asked my son for his receipt but he was not given one so she went on the register and found my sons order within 2 seconds. When she seen the order did in fact have two orders of cheesy tots on it she went ahead said sorry and got the rest of the order. Which thank you but even after Vicki was proved wrong she still went on to tell her coworker that she quote "I hate this kid" and not only loud enough for my 11 year old son to hear her but loud enough for other customers to hear her, I had a friend message me to tell me about this part. I will absolutely never go back into this store until Vicki Ingram is fired and as embarrassed as my son was.
