I have called and called time and time again with no response. Have left a call back number each time because I was told that I wouldn't lose my place. Had the local office send an outline of my concerns and questions.

This is all the information I have. Unable to attach my outline of what I want to inquire about. All I need is a call back. Better customer service would be great!
Desired outcome: Want a call back. Need someone to answer my concerns and questions. Called on 12/2/22, 12/3/22, 12/5/22, 12/6/22, 12/7/22 12/8/22 and more dates I haven't kept tract of and with making personal visits to the local office at least 4 times.
