Taco Bell - Got the wrong items

I received 2 tacos instead of the burrito supremes I ordered tried to call and no one answered the phone.. Also no receipt given
It is difficult to read the menu one car back. Need to have more than one sign. Also service was very slow. Totally bad experience

Desired outcome: Refund!
