On 8/22/2017 at 3: 03 p.m. I was visited the Flint, MI store : I just left the local store and ordered 1 chicken tortellini Alfredo - I requested sauce on the side because the last time I ordered it was terrible dry - she said no problem that won't be a charge. I get my order and return to work finding it to be dry with a smidgen of chicken - and when you bite into the pasta it tastes like a rotten potato and the bread is tough and gummy. I spend too much money for a small order to be incorrect and this is the 2nd time and it's very unsanity that the store continues to throw the bread into the bag not wrapped with bakery tissue or parchment paper - they use their bare hands to seal the container and it's unsanity to find my bread sitting on top of it - I just wasted $10 today and $10 last month . I was told that would send to my email a $10 gift card, which I'never received, The order # was #159, My name is Tobi English and I can be reached at [protected]
