Texas Roadhouse - Flint, MI rude manager

I was recently eating at a Texas Road House where the manager was so rude and out of sorts, he ended up asking us to leave for no reason whatsoever. The incident started after we ordered our food. there were 5 of us in the party. 4 of us got their meal, mine never came out. Apparently there was a mix up in the kitchen. Which, happens and I was fine with that, just a little hungry. The server was great and very understanding. He at least brought me a side of chili while I waited for my entree. However, everyone finished eating, and my food never arrived. Also, the chili was served cold, not warm, but cold. Apparently the kitchen forgot to warm it up. The server took my meal off the bill, and we were about to just head out. Since I never got my meal I just figured I would stop and grab fast food on our way home. Then the manager approached our table. I thought he was coming to apologize for the mix up, but instead was very snide and just rude for now reason. He did give a back-handed apology, and said "I took your meal off the bill". This is where the rudeness started. I said thank you, but then responded that the meal shouldn't be on the bill, since I never received and the chili was served cold. There was no tone or attitude in my voice whatsoever. He then snapped at me and said, well you're not getting the rest of the bill for free, since everyone else ate their food. I replied, that I understood that, and that I was just stating that my meal shouldn't be on the bill, because I never received it. it was the Ribeye. He then started going off on me and I had to tell him to calm down. He stated he was trying to address the situation was trying to be "polite". I told him there was no need for the interaction, I wasn't asking for a free meal, and that the server already took care of it. He then exclaimed that he "was the manager and its his job to address it". I replied, Okay, then thank you. He went to walk away and came back and said "You can all just leave now..." I was taken aback by this, as there was no negative reaction from myself, or my children who were with me. Another family at another table even interjected and told him that he is the one that screwed up and that I didn't do anything wrong. We left, I never got my meal and I felt bad for the server, who was trying to right a wrong. We left, because he followed us out like we were criminals. I don't know what his issue was and I asked for his name and he refused to give it. He told me to call corporate if I had an issue with him. I don't recall seeing a name tag, but honestly I was so upset on how I was treated, and just totally embarrassed, I didn't look at it if he had one on. After we left, I felt really bad for the server, so I had my fiance call the restaurant, and we got our server on the phone. We cashapped him a tip, since we were ushered out of the restaurant by this very disgruntled and obvious unhappy with life manager. We love Texas Roadhouse, but honestly I haven't been back to any location since. Instead we now go to Black Rock. I would like to see Texas Roadhouse redeem themselves with us, as this was our go to place after martial arts tournaments. We run a non-profit for youth and train them in martial arts to give them a positive outlet, many of them have become world champions, so we travel a lot and love Texas Roadhouse after a long day of competition. This was in Flint, MI. I wish I got the managers name. Mid-30's white gentleman with brownish hair, he is recognizable by his lack of customer service and hatred of his own life. What's really odd is we never even asked to speak to a manager and he approached us. I wasn't happy I didn't get my food, but I understand it happens and the server tried to make it right. There was absolutely no reason for him to treat us like this and take his bad day out on loyal customers. Mistakes happen, kitchens get busy, errors will occur. But its how it was handled that was just totally out of line.

Claimed loss: Roughly a $200 meal and a horrible experience

Desired outcome: A response and compensation for our family.
