I usually have a great experience with outback. the last 2 times have changed my opinion of the company and I will never go back. On sweetest day, my husband and I had ordered dinner to go since it was they pandemic. When I picked the food up for my family. I took the package out of my back seat and the bag ripped and all my food fell in the parking lot. I called and spoke with the manager and sent pictures. She apologized and informed me that she would credit me 60.00 for my next visit. I went again and management acted like I was trying to get over on them. They told me they do not give 60.00 credits and informed me they would take 25.00 off. When I looked at my bank statement I seen that they did not take off 25.00 but charged me full price and the food was not good. I had been speaking with the manager but after the last incident I have not spoke with her since. I will never ever go there again. all together I was out of 120.00+ with awful service, bad food and left to hold the bag. My birthday was December 18th and we had a Covid party with approx. 10 people. We had planned to cater from Outback but after this experience we chose somewhere else.
Desired outcome: There isn't one. I tried to handle things with the manager but she didn't keep her agreement up
