Bath & Body Works Direct

I bought 3 wallflower plugs just a few days ago. 2 of them work great and I'm very happy. One of them keeps falling partically out of every plug, like the apple on it is way to heavy to stay plugged in. Once I finally found one it would stay in, within an hour it was so hot to touch. This feels very unsafe and I have small children, I wouldn't want them hurting (burning) themselves on it. I'm not sure if I can return it since I've used it or not, help please!
