I had the worst customer experience ever at a food service facility! This was at the Burger King off Ann Arbor road and Haggerty in Plymouth, MI. I was the last customer to put in an order before they closed monday, 8/31 (which was 2 hours before they had listed as their hours of operation (7 pm vs 9pm). I only had a plain bacon cheeseburger ordered for my daughter. After coming to the drive thru window, I waited for over 15 minutes! I had to scream at the drive thru window over and over again ("hey! Excuse me! Can someone please come to the window! Is anyone there!.. Etc") I could clearly hear the associates in the kitchen talking away, completely ignoring me. Finally, someone came and yelled at me that they were closed. I had to tell him I put an order in for a plain bacon cheeseburger. The drive thru operator looked at his other colleague and goes, "you didn't give her, her burger?" he then annoyingly came to me and goes, that'll be $1.06. I could not believe he was making me pay after waiting that long and having to scream through my car at the drive thru window to come help! After paying, I snatched the bag and then he barked an attitude with me! I don't even know what Burger King could do to make up for this absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had! So disgusted!
