I stop at Tim Hortons every day on my way to work M-F at the Birmingham, MI store on Woodward. However, on Saturday and Sunday we go to the Southfield store on 12 mile Rd., Southfield MI. The are constantly out of stock and the service is extremely slow. I waited almost 15 minutes for 2 coffee's and 20 Timbits. I watched 4 cars leave the drive thru line and drive away. This is the 6th time I have gone there where they only have 2 types of flavors for Timbits, honey dipped and old fashioned glaze. Today, my Timbits were served in a brown paper bag. I buy them for our next door neighbor's little girls and this was the icing on the cake that finally made me write a complaint.
I go to a Tim Horton's almost every day of the week and I find this store is way below the Tim Horton's standard's I have been accustomed too. I believe it is time for corporate to make a surprise visit.
