Google asked, I simply answered.
I stated facts about my personal experience with no intention to personally harm the reputation but to be honest.
My personal information was shared on Google in the owners rebuttal.
My personal professional information should not have been plastered about.
Then they called me to resolve the matter by offering a free massage.
I now no longer trust anyone at this establishment and therefore declined.
I am unsettled at the fact that my personal professional information is being used in a review rebuttal where it holds literally no relevance... almost as if to beg For me to conform to "code"
The experience was beneath my liking,
I have the right to state so when asked my opinion; however, the establishment does not legally or ethically have right to disclose personal details.
