Last night (2/19) I ordered over $30 through the Taco Bell app for delivery. I was told that the order would arrive around 7:30 pm CST. My friends and I waited in the lobby for delivery until 8:45 and the order never arrived. I contacted Taco Bell in Chanhassen MN today. After being put on hold for almost 10 minutes, they hung up their phone! I called back and talked with "Elana" who represented herself as the Manager. She is not. She finally gave me to the real Manager, "Juan" who refused to give me any information on how to contact Corporate HQ to make a complaint as this is the 2nd screw up on my orders this month! He also refused to refund me the cost of the order.
The order number is 901580 for about $35 including delivery and tax.
The first screw up was on 2/2 (order number 934876); again a large order placed at approximately 5 pm through the app drive through. They forgot two items (Mexican pizzas). I filed a complaint on line and never heard back.
I am asking for a full refund for both incidents; including tax, delivery fees and tip (20 percent).
This is not acceptable and the fact that your emplyees hang up on customers and ignore written complaints is just wrong on so many levels. The favor of a reply within 3 days is appreciated.
Desired outcome: Full refund for mistake one (approximately $35) and mistake two (approximately $10)
