Boost Mobile - Activate phone, cheating...

I'm customer BOOST Mobile long time ago.
Now I decided buy new phone.
11.01.2020 I came to Boost Mobile store, located at 2725 WINNETKA AVE. N NEW HOPE, MN. 55427 and ask salesperson if he have phone about $70-$80. He offer me phone Motog7 on $60.00. I agree w that price. After that I ask him activate that phone, he told me-for activate-will be $50 + tx. Then, I ask him transfer my data from old phone to new phone. For that one he charge me $52.08. Total I pay him $195.93 instead about $60.) +tx. When he finish installing/he activate not full data, no e-mail etc./. Then I see my phone w/out plastic cover. I ask salesman - where my plastic cover from phone. Saleperson told me I throw out cover to garbage can. I ask him take out cover from phone from garbage can. He told me-If you need cover-go to garbage can itself and take out your cover.
He was very rude.
This is ridicules.
When I came home, I open web from Boost Mobile-and read-
"There is no activation fee if you activate a new phone using the activation PIN number that comes inside every new phone box. If you don't have an activation PIN number, then a $10 one-time reactivation charge will apply.
Certified Pre-Owned phones will be subject to our standard $10 one-time reactivation charge at the time of activation but will receive a $10 account credit to offset that charge".
On next day, 11.2.2020 I decided double check-that really activation is FREE.. I call BOOST Co. and Rep. from Boost confirm-yes, the activation is free if you buy new phone. Then rep. from Boost ask me what kind of phone I buy and when, and where. I told her all info. She try find that purchase, phone what I buy, but she not found any info about that phone and my purchase on Boost comp. system.
This is so strange for my opinion.
At the evening, 11.2 2020 I came to store and want return phone on the original box w receipt and take full refund $195.93 what I pay.
On the desk was another salesman. He ask me what happened w phone. I answer-because your salesman from store yesterday, 11.1.2020 cheating me about activation fee. From that reason I decided return phone and got from store full refund-$195.93 what I pay for.
Salesperson ask me what cheating happened? I told him-your salesman. charge me for activating new phone, but activating is free from Boost, when you buy new phone. Saleperson told me-No, that is not right, We charge for any activation. I show him web from boost-where clearly wright-"There is no activation fee if you activate a new phone using the activation PIN number that comes inside every new phone box."
He read that one, paused, thought for a couple of minutes and answered me that it wrong.
Then I told him today is November 2, 2020 I spoke on the phone with the supervisor Boost Co. and she confirmed that the activation of the new phone is free.
The Boost Co. does not take any payment for activation. What the seller told me is that this is different, and they charge a fee for activating a new phone.
Then, seller also tried to find this phone purchase on computer of store for about 20 minutes. I'm not sure exactly, but in computer the store he also did not find a purchase deal. But I'm not sure about that, but he searched for a very long time. And he just asked me, what else did I buy from them besides the phone? I answered - nothing else - except this phone.
The seller again looked at the computer monitor for a long time, and in my opinion, did not understand anything what was happening. So it seems to me that there is a huge customer cheating going on.
I don't understand, maybe in the state of Minnesota under the same name of the Boost Co. there is another company?
Or - in a company that's based in Minnesota - other rules - set by the Boost Co.?
And then another question arises - and those phones that they sell - and which, in fact - and according to the laws - should all be registered in the Company's computer - where are they from? What are these phones?
Everything is very strange.
November 2, 2020, the seller took my phone with receipts, said that he needed to talk to his supervisor and resolve my issue with the payment.
From my opinion, relevant authorities need checking the financial activities of this particular Boost store, and should pay attention to those frauds and schemes of cheating customers that exist in this particular Boost store.
And, Please help get my money return back.
Thanks.
