Diversified Adjustment Service - Placed a collection on my credit report that is not associated with me

I checked my credit report this morning May 30, 2021, and noticed my credit score had dropped 20 points. Investigating further I noticed there had been a collection placed on my credit report from Diversified Adjustment Service for $307 dollars original creditor MidAmerican energy from 4 years and 2 months ago. I have been living in Arkansas and never had an account with MidAmerican Energy. Diversified Adjustment Service never sent me a statement ever nor have I ever gotten a statement from MidAmerican Energy. I now have a reduced credit score, right when I applied for a mortgage and now I may not get my mortgage loan approved because of this false claim and collection placed on my credit report. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
