Port Keough Jr. steals money from the carhops when they make a money drop. October & November 2015 this happened to a couple different carhops, one of them being my daughter. November 15, 2015 Port came into work drunk. Then when another manager came in he clocked out & left work before next manager was even on the clock. There has been many times employees have went to other managers(Francis, Chris & Ariel) about ports theft & drunkness. Chris just says they will check on it. Still nothing has been done, he still has his job.

I went to the drive thru in Raleigh, NC (Jones Franklin Road) on 8/9/17 around lunchtime and was waited on by a manager I've never seen nor heard of (Gabriel). He was really rude to me as I was preparing to pay for my food when he opened the drive thru window. I asked him about purchasing a particular slushy (not originally ordered) and he interrupted me and never allowed me to finish making my statement stating I have another customer in my ear and closed up the drive thru window. He was rude, unprofessional, and his service was awful. Generally the service at this location is good, but it sucked this day. He needs better customer service and communication skills with dealing with the public. He needs to go back through management training all over again. It was a turn off for me and I won't be visiting this location for awhile if ever again. This was a bad experience. How can he possibly be an example for his staff.
