I have never in my adult life experience such poor customer service to anyone. This was an observation I made. A customer politely asked the server on why was it taking so long with his order and the server responded it is the first of the month and everybody has to wait because make everything fresh in which I wouldn't disagree. However, the store was not busy and there were three cars in the parking lot and two cars in the drive-through. Not to be critical I decided to be patient until I receive my food and to my dissatisfaction the fries were stale and the food was not hot it was less than warm. I am sad to say this has been the worst the absolute worst experience I've been countered at Burger King in my entire life. I felt bad not just because I receive such poor customer service but I felt bad for the other three people waiting on their food and getting the same treatment. My first thought was to take out my phone recorded on social media but I felt that this is the most appropriate means to letting someone know other than the people who are working in this Burger King aware of how such poor customer service they are providing. I hope someone in a position to affect change affect change.
