Hello,
On Monday November 9, 2009, I took my 2008 Scion in for an Oil change, Rotation of Tires, and to Fix Fenderliner (as it was rubbing tire).
I was there for 2 hours. They said they completed oil change and fixed fenderliner, but did not feel it necessary to rotate the tires.
As I was on my way home (a 40 minute drive), I noticed a vibration when my speed exceeded to around 60mph.
And this has continued. So I called them and took the car back in today (Nov. 12). They said they would charge me for balancing my tires. Had I experienced the vibration before my original appt. on Nov. 9, I would've asked them to balance the tires. However, I only experienced the vibration after they had my car for two hours. It bothered me that they would not consider treating this customer right, acknowledging that the change occurred during the time they had the car, and providing a free balancing.
This took much time out of my day, as well as, gas, and I still have the vibration.
Please let me know how this complaint is processed.
The name on the receipt from oik change is Gregory Heins--if this is the guy I talked to on that day, it is the same guy who talked to me today. He also included another man, who did not introduce himself, and did not treat me very kindly.
