Vatterott College / Vatterott Educational Centers - Loans, job placement, and lies

I started School in 2006, Saint Joseph Missouri, before I started I filled out the fasfa, I was approved for a pell grant, which that's what I was wanting cause of the financial situation at the time. Long story short, that 1 pell grant turned into 5 student loans for 1 year, that are in default today, I got the pell grant so I didn't have to owe money I now owe a little over 6 grand. I was never told that additional loans would be needed to pay the tuition. Next, I was told by the administrator I can't remember her name, that the field I was interested in (Medical Assistant), has a 94% job placement while still attending school, I'm not stupid, but that sounded awesome, why wouldn't I want to get a degree at that school, come to find out, I believe it was 6 months down the road after applying to Drs. Offices trying to get my foot in the door before graduation, I was told by the Drs. Offices, that (We won't hire anyone that has gone to or is currently attending Vatterott.) I got no response after questioning their statement, so I brought it to the attention of the school job placement officer, He said I'm not for sure what there talking about, I've never heard of anyone saying that, we have an 82% rating at finding graduates a job. Hold on, at first I was told 94% and now it's 82%, something went off in my brain so I dug deeper and finally a couple of weeks later my teacher of all people told me the truth, (Mrs. Cates), something close to that name, she said I'm going to be honest with you the percent is way lower than what you've been told, I asked what it was, she said 23%, I nearly flipped out, so I grabbed my stuff and went home and withdrew from school the next day. So all in all I was duped, I have a big balance hanging over my head, which I would like wiped clean along with the negative marks on my credit report, and I was lied to, I still don't understand how 1 Pell Grant turned into 5 loans.

Desired outcome: Loans discharged, Credit repaired I don't want to see any negative marks on there, as for the money that I paid to repay the loans, use it to help someone else out.
