White Castle - Chhesburger sack on sign controlled by store 7.99 at 930pm

Last night I was driving by Veterans Memorial White castle in Missouri. On the signing board on their sign it said 10 cheeseburger sack 7.99. This is the sign where the store changes the board with I believe a stick go change letters. Its 930 pm. I pulled up to speaker and ordered this. They told me the sale was over yesterday. I repeated it is on your sign. To which Did I WANT SOMETHING ELSE? NO I WANT WHAT YOU ARE ADVERTISING. I ASKED IF THEY WHERE OUT OF HAMBURGER S OR CHEESE. NO JUST DONT GIVE THEM AWAY.

Claimed loss: IT WILL BE MY BUSINESS I DONT DEAL WITH DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING AND BBB IS MY NEXT STEP. I am by this store for lunches many times. I work within a mile.

Desired outcome: RESPONSE OR BBB IS NEXT. YOU CANNOT ADVERTISE SOMETHING THAT ISNT TRUE.

White Castle - Horrible service

Rude!

Friendly! Acted like I was an inconvenience. No eye contact, rude! What did you want is what I was asked. Bodiy language was like she was impatient. She obviously had better things to do then take my order although she was super friendly to the next customer! I said I had another order but was totally ignored. She put a bag on the counter but did t say anything, she walked away. I stood there and finally she said that was my order. Again I said Ihad another order and she stomped her foot and sighed. (I am saying sighed just to be nice) She didn’t say anything just walked to the register and steps there. Again no eye contact and no communication. I wasn’t sure if she was ready to take my order or not. Finall I just said I wanted a refund. This really made her mad. She grabbed the bag and asked for the soda cup back (like I was gonna steal it) She didn’t drop it In The trash she slammed it in the trash. Purposely like I was supposed to say something. She couldn’t figure out how to do a refund and asked for help. The help couldn’t figure it out either. So approximately 8 minutes later they said I had to wait for next Mo day to get my refund. This was on a Tuesday. They expected me to wait almost a week. I shook my head and turned my back because I started to tear up…

About 1-2 minutes later I head the lady mumble something then the person she asked for help got my attention and handed me my refund. She definitely was disturbed by all this. And again took the next customers order very friendly. Hi ma’am what can I get for you. She totally did it purposely. Just straight up rude! Oh… by the way, she was the manager! Great job White Castles choosing your employees/managers! Love white castles and eat them about once a week. Now if I want them I have to drive to another location which is not convenient. I really would like to say more about the situation but I do t want to get in trouble. I should have recorded it but didn’t think about it until afterwards. Then you could see for yourself. The exaggeration would be on my phone. Truly and honestly no exaggeration in this complaint. I’m not the one to complain but felt very mistreated and I feel like this needs to be addressed.

Desired outcome: Disappointed Dissatisfied and Upset.
