Godfather's Pizza - Online order

Order placed on line.I was running errands- ordered on line - so pizza would be ready.

Went in store to pick it up. No one checked the online orders - no pizza made - no pizza for us.

Explanation I was given - they have alot of orders - don't always check the tablet for orders. So not sure of the online order - was not convenient for me
